I sent an email for return process. Albeit it was a Sunday, didn't get a response until Tuesday. Also, no place I have ordered from in years charges a fee for return. I asked for an exchange and Cust serv email didn't even answer that in their response. Would never ever order again. Sent a yelp review and will do Google too. Just need to make sure other Cust are aware.
